Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 October 2026 · Applies to contextuse.com ("Context", "we").

1. The service

Context is a personal knowledge base and command centre: it syncs content you authorise (email, calendar, documents), stores notes, prompts and saved chat context, and exposes them to AI clients you connect over MCP. You need an account to use it.

2. Your content

Everything you bring into Context stays yours. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service — storing, indexing and displaying your content to you and to the AI clients you connect. We claim no ownership and will not use your content to train models.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Context to store or distribute unlawful content, to violate others' rights, or to probe or disrupt the service. Keep your credentials safe; you're responsible for activity under your account.

4. Plans & billing

The Free plan is free forever within its limits. Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the billing period. Limits per plan are listed on the pricing page. We may adjust prices with 30 days' notice.

5. AI output

AI features produce machine-generated output that may be inaccurate. Context provides insights and organisation, not professional advice — verify important information before acting on it.

6. Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but don't guarantee it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
